Certified Translation Pricing
A certified translation at eVerbary costs $24.95 per page, where a page is up to 250 words, and the signed certification is included. Accounts that translated 20, 50 or 100 or more pages in the previous calendar month get 10%, 15% or 20% off. Rush delivery, notarization and mailed copies are optional extras with fixed prices, shown at checkout before you pay.

Measured on the pages translated in the previous calendar month across the whole account (every colleague, language and document), and applied to the following month. No application, no commitment. Details on volume and partner pricing.

The discount applies to the page price; rush, notarization and shipping are charged as listed.
How to pay
- At checkout: card (through Stripe) or PayPal.
- Prepaid balance: accounts can add funds and pay orders from them.
- Invoice: team accounts can be billed every week, every two weeks or every month, or on a custom period of 8 to 90 days; colleagues then order without a payment step. Invoices can also be paid by check or wire transfer. See invoicing and payment.
- Payment link: send an order's link to the person who should pay, such as a firm's client or a student.
What counts as a page
A page is up to 250 words of the source document, including numbers, not a sheet of paper. A one-page birth certificate is one page; a dense two-sided transcript can be two or three. Against a per-word quote: at $0.10 a word, 250 words is $25.00.

Frequently asked questions
What are your payment terms?
Net 30. An invoice for an order placed on account is due 30 days after the invoice date, payable by card, PayPal, check or wire transfer, with reminders from day 5. The invoice carries your client's name and your file number. Accounts on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly billing cycle are billed for the orders of that period instead; see invoicing and payment.
How much does a certified translation cost?
$24.95 per page, where a page is up to 250 words including numbers. The signed certification is included. A birth or marriage certificate is usually one page.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes: 10% from 20 pages, 15% from 50 pages, 20% from 100 pages translated in the previous calendar month, across the whole account. That is $22.46, $21.21, $19.96 per page. The discount applies to the page price.
How much does rush delivery cost?
Expedited is +$4.99 per page and takes about half the standard time. Expedited Plus is +$9.98 per page, the fastest option at checkout, for 22 Latin-alphabet languages ordered between 8:00 AM and 4:59 PM Eastern. Regular clients who need it can get delivery in as little as 30 minutes, on request.
How much is notarization, and do I need it?
$34.90 per order. USCIS does not require notarization; some courts, schools and foreign authorities do. See notarized translation.
Is eVerbary's pricing flat-rate and published?
Yes. One published price, $24.95 per page of up to 250 words into English, with the signed certification included and no minimum. The same list is on this page and at checkout, and there is no quote to wait for.
Are there hidden fees?

How can I pay?
Card or PayPal at checkout. Business accounts can also pay from a prepaid balance, on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly invoice (payable by card, check or wire transfer), or by sending the client a payment link.
